LogisTila is a strongly growing and agile real estate company founded in 2012, whose services include:

  • brokerage of premises for business customers

  • management of premises, i.e. real estate management

  • real estate consulting services, such as real estate valuations

LogisTila's range of premises includes all premises needed by companies: warehouses, industrial premises, office premises and retail premises.

The company works in close cooperation with both the users and the owners of the premises. In addition to large nationwide companies, the cooperation network includes many regional operators.

The company's employees are strong professionals in the real estate industry. In addition to extensive experience in the real estate industry, the staff has a lot of experience in other fields, which helps them relate to customers' situations. The goal of all activities is to find the right premises solutions that genuinely benefit the business, as well as to help the customer utilize the premises at their disposal efficiently and profitably.

LogisTila operates almost throughout Finland. The activities are strongly based on locality. When you give an assignment to LogisTila, you get help of an expert who knows the networks and business premises market in your area. The main office is located in Vantaa and serves customers in the capital region and the rest of Uusimaa. Regional offices serve in Tampere, Turku, Kuopio, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Lahti, Jyväskylä and Vaasa.
