Sarakoivu Ltd. owns properties in the capital region and in Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Lahti and Turku. LogisTila acts as the manager of four real estate companies owned by Sarakoivu located in the capital area.
LogisTila has been managing properties in the capital region of Sarakoivu for a few years now. The cooperation started when LogisTila made a report on the two properties in Sarakoivu regarding their development.
