This is LogisTila Oy's register and data protection statement in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Prepared on August 1, 2017. Latest change 3 April 2023.

4. Purpose of use of the register

Personal data is processed in connection with marketing and customer relationship management and development. For direct marketing, information is only used in accordance with valid legislation. The customer has the right to deny the use of the data by canceling the newsletter or sending a message to the registry's contact person. The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data content of the register

The information to be recorded in the register is:

• Position in the company
• Email address
• Direct marketing license
• Other information related to customer relationship management and/or marketing provided by the customer

6. Statutory data sources of the register

Information is collected in the register through the website, from cooperation agreements or other situations where the customer discloses their information. The subscriber can leave the register at any time by notifying the contact person of the register mentioned above.

7. Disclosure of information

Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. LogisTila Oy LKV can hand over customer data within the limits permitted and required by applicable legislation.

8. Principle of register protection

The data system and files of the registrar are protected by the technical protection methods normally used in business operations. Access to the register requires a user ID and password, which are granted only to a member of the staff of the registrar, and whose position and tasks the said access right is related to.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request should be sent to the contact person of the registry. If necessary, the registrar can ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent to the registry's contact person. If necessary, the registrar can ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
